In response to popular request, Raffaela and Vera have done it again. They have found a great restaurant for our Thanksgiving celebration at
The Mangia e Bevi Restaurant at 18 Viale Teodorico near the Fiera di Milano in town
on Sunday, 9 October which is Thanksgiving Day in Canada.
They say it's an all-you-can-eat place and that it's very good. Lunch is €20,90 on a Sunday. The food is Chinese with some sushi.

All of us who turned out for our Canada Day celebration at the Wok and were pleasantly and happily surprised at how well we ate and how smoothly things went last time can look forward to another similar gratifying experience.
Some of us took Canadian books (or other books in English and/or French) to trade so we suggest that we do it again. I just read Through Black Spruce by Joseph Boyden who won the Giller Prize – set in Moosonee, it brought back memories! It is an excellent read and already promised to a friend. But it gives you the idea.
